There are two possibilities here. One is that all deals have been implemented via private companies such as but not limited to Wellness RX, HRI, PPSI, PSI, Time Org. The other possibility is that Doc is delusional.
With the big-name connections that Doc, Chaitra and JHB have, I can't imagine that he is delusional. I never once doubted his desire to change the medical system and generate wealth. My only issues have been (and continue to be) the time frame. However, I am willing to give Doc the benefit of the doubt and assume that years of delays and false starts were due to things that were beyond his control. And so, we sit here, praying for a 2025 miracle and watching those goalposts closely, hoping they don't get moved again imo.
