I would love to see thousands of calls per day directed through "our platform". That's just Medicare. We heard from Doc a few years back about Medicaid and then there are private insurance plans and corporate plans. Not to mention the Healthcare.Gov marketplace plans. This could be HUGE. That is assuming we are ready to roll with Telehealth.
