hes not retiring.. hes restructuring and delegating responsibility so that he can expand. daughter and JHB will most likely be the successors to the conglomerate. guys like doc can't retire unless forced too. they don't like sitting around idle..
hes mentioned NASDAQ numerous times and DE black exchange is something hed wanna be part off. he can list on 2 exchanges. hes also mentioned $18-$22 shr. you can't open at that price without significant valuation of your company. the merger would create this. he has several companies we know of. proly a good few more. Therefor NAS is the first choice of exchange to list on.
