Is there a possibility of both happening at the same time? UNIVEC gets a little upgrade too the OTCQB. At the same time one or all of his private companies are listed on the Dream Exchange. In my opinion the Doc is more about building his legacy and becoming a black billionaire. And if that happens we all should do well.
