Oh so you think it is silly behavior to be concern that our CEO has RS his shareholders stock by 4000 to 1 and at the same time turn his company into a shell while simultaneous starting a private company, with the same personnel and business plan as his public company, that HE REFUSED to say it has a relationship with SNPW..

Interesting.

I capitalized when the PPS rose, SNPW CEO was not running a shell, SNPW CEO was not Solray Inc CEO, a direct operating competitor, SNPW was not a self declaring shelll and SNPW CEO kept telling his shareholders that a RS was not going to happen or even be necessary..

What info are you referring to " these requests for info that are not, or not yet available"

Solray INC is available. They have their own website and list their CEO as Nicholas Campanella. The only person that could authorized listing Nicholas Campanella as CEO of Solray Inc, is Nicholas Campanella CEO of SNPW. .

Sun Pacific Power India info was available, they are the ones that said the were under Sun Pacific Power USA and that they completed 400 jobs.. The only one that could allow SPPI to put SPPC name on its website is the CEO of SPPC Nicholas Campanella.

The SEC filings were available, the OTC filings are available yet show no revenue coming from SPPC from it former store even though they said they were selling products or for work SPPC claimed it did for FoxEss and GEP. The only person that signs off on the filings is Nicholas Campanella.

All information on line whether it be Solray Inc, Sun Pacific Power India being a part of Sun Pacific Power USA, Sun Pacific Power India completing 400 jobs, SPPI testimonials of completed jobs and what goes in the filings were approved and made public by Nicholas Campanella (NO ONE ELSE), those issues need to be addressed.

One can "wait and see" while at the same time question certain public information that comes directly from SNPW CEO Nicholas Campanella.

In response to this illogical post.

TBH, you seem to be emulating, to a much lesser extent, the silly behaviour of the jokers that were pestering the company and its affiliates, and yet wonder why your repeated contacts for info are being ignored???

Most here, it seems, have adopted the "wait and see" option because, IMO, these requests for info that are not, or not yet available, makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

The fact that you admitted to capitalizing greatly when the PPS rose should at least provide you with the ability to adopt the same, or similar modus operandi as most shareholders whom i'm sure are also eager to see what becomes of SunP.

Adopting a wait and see after a 4k reverse, $8k dollars reported in bank account last filing, zero revenue, $3.7m in liabilities and listed as a shell company. SMH Me no think so.
