Yup. But it said $100 million dollars with no mention of number of shares/warrants. I believe S3s give permission to raise but does not mean it will be raised
The last 2 S3s in 2022 specified total shares that may be raised and not a dollar amount. Does the difference mean anything or am I just reading into it too much.
