That means the window could be this fall (best case) through next spring (worst case). My guess is that Doc wants to be a pioneer on the DE. Otherwise why waste so many years waiting? Were his posts about NASDAQ a way to keep us in it thinking that DE was always weeks if not days from launching? That is the question?
