Looking at the fundamentals of a company then finding potential and buying at a low price for long term gains isn't a pump and dump. Darting into a stock when you sniff a profit and then getting out is the smarmiest way to trade (aside from algo kiddies who scalp) imo. It's totally legal, but it damages long term/ swing Retail traders and companies. Enjoy your pennies.
