There are so many possibilities here. I am not saying it is 100% the DE but I do think that the odds are very high. IF HRI, PPSI, Wellness RX, Time Org and other CARF accredited clinics plus deals with household names were ready years ago, Doc would have already listed on the NASDAQ if that was his real goal. To hold off this long for the DE would have to mean that Doc and family are very close to them and adamant on listing on that exchange. If the DE is not the delay, we must all begin to ask ourselves some very disconcerting questions about the last 7-8 years of our investment.
