"I don't pretend to know the motives of these MMs

Heres what i have been wondering lately
Im just throwing out some figures
Say the total solid tumor market is 100 billion
Say ICI's are 25 billion out of that 100
Also say pro140 with ICi's become standard of care
How much of the current non ICI "treatments" become obsoleted
How many reduced office visits and follow ups
reduced surgeries and scans etc etc
How many billions of revenue that used to be going to "other" treatments are we talking about that are theoretically under threat?
Would it change the entire medical treatment landscape?
Or least a pretty good chunk of it, and pose a threat on multiple fronts
Who knows, maybe Im crazy but it could be a partial answer
