Annual Meeting of the Stockholders is generally held in November,...IF We can judge by past performances,...that is to say (11/09/23) (11/22/24)...
The last meeting was primarily the election of (5) Directors, and of course a change in accting firms. Four months away for any changes to be made or considered.
With that been said, the one thing that jumped out at me from management... was their desire for open communication and transparency. Sadly, they have been remiss.
When considering past prognostications of openness,...it occurs to me that they are quiet because they have to be.
We can come up reasons for the silence,...Butt,...the fact of silence out of Van, Wa. suggests discussions...likely compromise...and the desire not to caught with their pants down while leaning forward or backward.
I like where We are now... versus five years ago.
