Tweet 1 Durango financing- As was clearly stated in an 8k , SNPW had nothing to do with the financing of the project, and in plain English in the filings told it's shareholders that even though they were told that financing was secured there was no guarantee that the project would occur, The company related to shareholders what the company whom SNPW was working for told them.
Tweet 2 Med Master - Tweets are what the company HOPED to accomplished, if it wasn't for the illegal application of a midnight law targeting Medrecycler-RI the company hoped to have the funds to start a Med Master program, When the new law illegally killed the project it killed the chance of any funding for a med master program.
Tweet 3 Share holders meeting- With the letter of "Intent to approve" from the RI-DEM AFTER THEIR FINAL REVIEW of the Medrecycler-RI project in Jan 2021 the company thought that they would be a positive development to discuss with their shareholders. When the RI legislature passed the new law in July 2021 which was illegally applied to KILL the Medrecycler_RI project there was no longer a reason to have a shareholders meeting.,

Yes the insolvent company has not been successful, but it wasn't for a lack of trying.
They got 10 years deals with RI Transit and Star metro.
They got RI-DEM to approve the location and science of the Medrecycler project
While insolvent they were able to obtain 6 million dollars worth of equipment for that project
While insolvent they were able to secure a 10 year lease
They got a 17 million dollar RI tax free bond approved
They obtained a partnership with a subsidiary of a fortune 500 company and Sun Group
With all the failed projects and a 4000 to 1 RS the shareholder pre-split owns the same percentage of the company post split.and FoxEss and Sun Group remain partners.
