The U.S. job market is strengthening on reduced jobless claims and increased hires. Statistics released by the U.S. Labor Department in mid-March signaled this trend. At the onset of 2013, the unemployment rate was 8 percent. This however reduced to 7.7 percent in February, marking the lowest unemployment rate in four years. As it is, seasonally adjusted jobless claims come in at 332,000. This is a sequential decrease of 10,000. In light of this improvement, recruiting solutions providers are gaining notably.....
