I wonder why Doc was excited about DE last year? T

I wonder why Doc was excited about DE last year? The only thing that can explain years of false starts is the DE with their many years of expecting to launch beginning with the infamous PR of 2020 when they stated they would launch in 2021. Surely if he planned to roll in subs that were supposedly worth hundreds of millions he could have skipped a startup exchange that might never launch and have gone to NASDAQ as he publicly stated many times over the years. Time will tell. Too bad we are running out of it.
