Well, I guess that puts the discussion to bed.

Wrong again, you state:

Since the RS your entire narrative has been the potential for dilution of our holdings with the ~997M AS shares, and most recently that the RS has resulted in the precipitous fall in PPS..

If you are going to quote me, do so with accuracy. I stated it is my opinion that the reverse split was/is a contributing factor in the 50% plus post reverse price decline. I believe there were/are additional contributing factors such as delinquent reporting for a number of months, zero sales reported, the shell listing etc.

Wrong, you state:

What the Wall Street Techie doesn't grasp is its irrelevance until actual dilution occurs and also idiotically assumes that IF dilution does indeed occur that it will be done to conduct operations, ie adding no assets value to the company.

You incorrectly state an event is irrelevant until it actually occurs. Such a statement dismisses the core backbone of the market. Investors buy and sell stocks based on their perceptions of future events - earnings, success/failure in the market, stock splits etc. It’s ludicrous discounting perceptions/opinions and only applying impact to actual events that occur. Should future dilution occur, it could increase the value of snpw. This gets me back to my original point. The current outstanding shares represent less than 1% of the authorized shares. For this reason (my opinion) future dilution is a potential risk to current shareholders and more importantly, the perceived impact of future dilution.

Wrong, you state:

In addition, the fact that the steep RS was done absent of any news about Rev$, Funding and commencement of Operations is conveniently ignored and despite all this the contrived attempts to "incite" a panic selloff has failed most miserably.
.

So you are now suggesting there are now attempts to incite a panic selloff. Pure silliness. Such a suggestion sounds more like a way to discredit those that disagree with your posted opinions.

Maybe the company won’t need to dilute. Maybe the company will be self funding. Time will tell. But as for the most recent reporting period the company reported total assets less than $25k, cash at $8k, total liabilities at $3.7m and zero revenue.

My opinions.

Happy 4th everyone
