When do you, the ICI owner step-in with an offer ??
If the 1st 5 show PD-L1 upregulation, that's 10/10 @ 100% with 5 mTNBC.
It becomes ICI owner is making a calculated business risk, based on 10 people turned from cold -hot.
AND....without toxicity.
So...do you, the ICI wait for the 2nd DSMB look @ 20 patients ?
I think that would be stupid to do...
We could very well finally be right @ a deal being tabled --- & boy oh boy, from a source none guessed..
