Beautiful morning here in southern Illinos
out on me patio sipping a cup of java, always add cinnamon and cayenne pepper to my elixir also put a little coconut oil with C60 for an added bump. Been experimenting with a nootropic from Ian Mitchel's company Wizard Science. Not sure it helps much. Still in phase 1 trials with my stock stratedgies. Love the long daylight hours this time of year and the heat, great for detox. Speaking of detox, I feel we are excreting the woke crazies from our earthly environment finally. I know the Pride parade was yesterday here in St. Louis but fortunately it was jammed down our throats as incessantly as in the past. My Cardinals are playing good ball this summer so for and I am hopeful for a playoff bid. Will be marrying off my third and youngest son later this summer,"little stressful with all the planning but at least I wont be performing the ceremony this time,, I am an internet ordained minister you know, that's a whole nother story. All in all been a pretty good year so far. Never know when mutiny will raise its ugly head so I always keep the plank ready on me boat, gun powder is dry and cannons are at the ready and my parrot is well fed and the rum barrels are full; evening sky is red and the breeze is favorable.
