Romain concluded, "Our current position is much stronger today than when talks originated with North Cal back in December of 2011. We believe we can, and, intend to consummate a relationship with North Cal quickly. We are fairly confident that this partnership will indeed increase overall credibility and should considerably contribute to both shareholder confidence and value."
