What are we talking here about really? What is the claimed loss/ damage?
I can remember from this constant ambulance chaser lawsuits during Naders term as CEO, that the "victims" in those cases had typically around 50k shares or less.
I find the timing of this lawsuit interesting. Is there any chance that the timing of the judge could have been influenced by plaintiff action or is this just coincidentally?
The lawsuit is from 2021 and after 4 years the judge decides to go on with this "case"? Really?
