That’s correct, and that’s why it is a risk. And risks are degrading in value.

First while AS is a billion, no one knows how many if any will ever be added to the OS..

That’s correct. But here they were raised (actual) by 1 billion shares. And they were raised by a penny stock that has assets of less than $24k, liabilities of over $3.7m and zero revenue reported in the last number of reporting periods.

Second Like any stock with one individual owning 51% of the voting shares there is always a potential deterrent that AS could be raised by multi -billions withouy any opposition.[/b]

What makes you think there is a market for their shares. Look at the metrics reported above. The market cap is currently less than $14k. How many shares could be introduced, assuming there is a buyer, to maintain a margin of $14k. Unless there is a whale, who in retail is going to buy x percent of a company with a 99% stock arsenal that could be used.

Third Over a year has pasted since the RS and NOT ONE SINGLE SHARE has been added to the OS.

Yes, projected future performance is part of the equation. But another part is share structure - current float representing .00025% of the one billion authorized is huge by being so small.

Fourth potential buying decision is based on anticipated company future performance no matter the OS of potential OS as proven by the run of January 2021, even though to right to RS was approved.

Stating the below only confirms you don’t get it. It’s not that they will, it’s that they could and hence the risk.

Please provide your proof that SNPW will add 999,739.000 to the OS

My point is relative as investors evaluate risks in investments.
