I fear Not what happened four years ago...as it has ZERO effect on the efficacy of the drug...Since when is four year old information on a lawsuit relevant to anything going on today.
As you have presented the injury done was self-inflicted by the Nader. Any other grievance... is for shareholders to determine...and act for recovery. It has no bearing on Cytodyn as a company.
