True points of context: Sun Pacific Power India is a part of Sun Pacific Power . Any business it did would be under Sun Pacific Power whose financials are consolidated into SNPW's financials. Which explains why you wouldn't see a 8k for them.

More misdirection "ALSO NEVER mentioned in a single snpw filing or tweet or press release since going public??" Sun Pacific India is part of Sun Pacific Power Corp and Sun Pacific Power has been mentioned in every SNPW filing.

MSW recycle's market is different then Medrecycler's market so therefore not a competitor of and also it is not a part of SNPW umbrella, therefore there is NO REASON to included it in the SNPW's filings the same goes for Medpro it is not related to SNPW.

Now Solray Inc may be the on thing about that is on point, we shall see.
