I agree with your letter to cease and desist or a lawsuit, the reason I still have shares here was this post of his a LinkedIn, back around August of 2021.
Oct 28th 2021 he announced the partnership with Bio-Remedies MD. It was well known for a couple of years before the announcement that we were associated with Bio-Remedies, from David and the Managing Partners at Bio-R.
From the PR-UNIVEC, Inc. will make private label and bioRemedies MD products available through several distribution channels throughout the U.S. market, including recently acquired community-based outpatient mental health centers.
My thought was David had signed up with Amazon to sell what Hemp Products that Amazon allows sold, which would be considered a Partnership. I was going by the timing of his post and the announcement, could have been totally wrong.
The small research I done, Bio has revenue of 1-5 million per-year. which is very good if factual.
