Someone unloaded 15 mil, two hours a go with no additional selling taking place since. They got tired of waiting or needed to pay some bills, it happens. Another possibility is a Market Maker selling shares they don't own to try and influence more selling.

I did a 'test order' to sell 100,000 shares at .0003 and it was accepted with no problems by my broker.
