GreeneStone Healthcare Appoints Ken Lorimer as CFO
GreeneStone Healthcare Corporation, a Colorado corporation (OTCBB:GRST) (OTCQB:GRST) ("GreeneStone" or the "Company"), a provider of healthcare services and operator of several mental health clinics, announces the appointment of Ken Lorimer as the Company's Chief Financial Officer on March 22, 2013.
GreeneStone's Chief Executive Officer, Shawn Leon, commented, "We are very pleased with the appointment of Mr. Lorimer to the position of chief financial officer. Over the past two years Ken has established himself as a highly respected member of the finance team, and brings with him a proven record of reliability and oversight to the Company's accounting functions. We find this to be a natural progression, and a well-deserving opportunity for him. Ken is a welcomed addition to our executive management team, especially as we execute the next phase of GreeneStone's growth strategy."
Prior to Mr. Lorimer's appointment, he served as the Company's primary accountant from March 2011 to March 2013, where he oversaw all of the Company's accounting functions. Prior to joining the Company, from January 1994 to February 2011, Mr. Lorimer operated as sole practitioner providing management consulting services to various companies in industries from manufacturing to real estate development. Prior to starting his management consulting practice, from 1984 to 1993, Mr. Lorimer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Terrazzo Mosaic & Tile Company Limited, which was one of the largest commercial finishing trade companies in North America. Mr. Lorimer received his Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University in 1979.
