Welch has millions of regular shares the last time I checked - why would are you insinuate that he would do a short against the warrant in order to keep the price of his shares depressed - makes no sense and you should stop proposing it.
The 30.6 cent warrant holders have very little incentive to do what you are proposing when the price is below 35 cents. Why go through all that effort for 3 cents when you can hold the warrants for free waiting for a price rise. .
Also the volume has been so small lately - less than a million shares that this is even more ridiculous.
To test your theory, you can show the change is the amount of warrants inner the last few quarters - I suspect that the decrease is minimal. There would have been a lot tendered about a year ago when the warrant inducement was offered last July but since then I doubt there is much change lately, this supposed shorting against the warrant that you keep harping about.
Check with your source and see if your theory makes sense stock price is close to or above the warrant strike price. Doubt it makes any sense in that scenario.
All IMO
