NP had to go,...no matter who chambered the bullet.
What type of collusion? David Welch was probably forced off the board in 2020 because he knew Nader had committed crimes and wanted him out. Paulson probably insisted on having a seat if they were to continue selling shares because they also knew where Nader would be headed. They were able to unseat enough other board members who were in collusion with Nader to gain control of the board. A very good thing. Having your CEO quite possibly running the company from a federal prison is not a good look.
