We now know that the EB-5 project is a non-Targeted Employment Area (TEA) project at $1.05M per investor rather than the reduced TEA required investment of $800K per investor.
So, that is $1.05M x 25 = $26.25M of which 3 have been secured already.
EB-5 projects usually get sold out quickly within several weeks to a few months once investor meetings start in earnest.
