Misiu,...I don't think dr Jay was opposed to MDR HIV...butt,...more a decision to prioritize others to the front burner...for faster access to non-dilutive approvals...preclinicals etc.
Now for something completely different; July 2015__Paulson Investment Company LLC,... announced today that Tanya Durkee Urbach... has joined the firm as Executive Vice President and Head of Legal (general counsel).
Tanya left Paulson in January of 2019...Tanya has been our COB since Nov. 2021.
Feb. 2, 2024, Tanya amongst others... named in Lawsuit claiming "Breach of Fiduciary Duties."...which in itself is rather remarkable,...given she has served on the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar Securities Regulation Section from 2007-2015 and from 2019 to present.
Tanya has held on to her 162,113 shares since 12.13.2021.
MY question is this,...who appointed her as COB...anyone?
