Remember this from the new CFO hire Agreement:
"....provided that the foregoing shall not prevent the Executive from (i) participating in charitable, civic, educational, professional, community or industry affairs, ...."
Can't be a big pharma player with a junky, incomplete looking Clinical.gov profile
Taking the time & effort for a reason -- is my bet....
