Observe Fig 1 from ESMO poster. Just after abstract.
All 3 of the studies you’ve named are distilled down into 28 ‘pooled’ patients.
Check out Table 1, just under Fig 1. This table regards demographics of the 28 patients included in the pooled data.
8 had brain metastasis
9 had prior treatment with ICI
7 had ICI with LL or after
18 had PD-L1 expression above 1%
Only 5 had PD-L1 expression over 10%
Only 5 patients over 10%.
I’m not clear on what the 5 patients showed in PDL1 expression either before or after treatments including LL and ICI.
But does 5 patients sound familiar?
