All Leronlimab would need to eliminate HIV reservoirs, is an a good receptor occupancy and way to lure out the viral replication, as Ohm has postulated.
IMHO, it’s a bit like upregulating PD-L1 to make cold tumors Hot. Upregulate reservoir viral replication/load, let LL occupy receptors, and we are the solution. The checkpoint of HIV, if you will.
