so at the time, earlier, what was its "effectiveness"? if it was good enough to combine with leronlimab at a certain time, how could it suddenly become "ineffective"? valid questions from others point out that if Atezolizumab was later deemed "ineffective" by the FDA, AFTER the basket trial with leronlimab where patients survival was "impossible", then leronlimab ON ITS OWN must have produced astoundingly positive results. OR the combination achieved this. from the outside (me) seems FDA should be stepping up their game and fastracking instead of slow walking when there are survivors that should not be alive today - or is it simply "anecdotal" again? clearly have a winner here, people simply dont get off ECMO, and they dont simply survive stage 4 mTNBC either with no evidence of disease or tumor, magically.
