50:50 chance FDA will approve the IDE? How about 70:30 sounds better amid all the FDA turnover and probably a new review staff inheriting and managing our submission! Whatever it takes IMO the company has only attempted to cooperate as requested with each review and information follow up requests! Empty your wallet and jump in! Even if the pps declines further your reward will be huge! NO OTHER company unless they had an in house connection could have proceeded more quickly in light of the CEO turnover and FDA administration changes!!!
