I disagree. Of course I might be wrong, but my hunch is that Dr J doesn't want to spend years building out a BP. He wants the drug to get to patients as soon as possible, and at this stage in his life/career he's good with passing the baton and cashing out.

So they're mowing the lawn, painting the porch, planting flowers and staking a For Sale sign out front.

Again, might be wrong but I think BO in 3-12 months.
