In my opinion the reported deal with UNVC and Time Org. will either come to fruition or will not take place after the investigation is completed.
Times address is listed in UNVC filings, so for this to happen, then it has to be proven that they have some type of partnership or UNVC will become a subsidiary of Time.
If not the IRS might look at it as a private inurement allowing UNVC to use Times resources to benefit private interests, which might jeopardize Times tax-exempt status.
It is ok for a partnership or UNVC to become a subsidiary, following IRS rules.
It is a complex deal to complete, getting approval from the IRS with the shareholders of UNVC being beneficiaries of profits, share price increasing.
