$PSGR May 28, 2025 Share price at ~11:40 AM ET is 0.0112. Try to imagine what the company executives were possibly thinking almost 30 years ago!!!
"Oh man!!! Just look into the future....in about 30 years, share price for this puppy should be worth a little more than one whole penny!!! We can suggest to investors that there could be possible occurrences of Gold at some of our sites. Then we could wait a while and tell them Rare Earths might possibly be at one of the locations! Then, after a while, we could suggest that there could possibly be Copper or Molybdenum or something else on a site or two!"
Well, almost 30 years later, the share price is hovering around a penny. Nothing has bee mined and sold for a profit that benefits all share holders. Share price, for a decade or so, has remained under a nickel. Oh yeah, as mentioned in a prior post, mine/claim sites (primarily Copper mining) at 2 locations owned by 'others' were purchased by an international company for future development and production. Maybe the purchasing company is waiting to see if Pershing Resources Company, Inc. finally completes all of the studies of the studies of the studies of the studies that sort of, kind of indicate that there is anything of value at the Pershing Resources Company, Inc. sites. Well yeah, dirt has value but shareholders are hoping that the mines/claims sites have metal ores that can be processed and sold for more than a bucket of desert dirt.
