I agree. Rumors are just that... rumors. Based on my experience over the last year with the company I don't believe for a minute that these rumors are based on conversations with the CEO. That does leave auditors, attorneys, and the guy next door who may have some info, but I don't believe it's from the CEO directly.
I do however firmly believe that we will see audited financials by the end of the month and all other documents filed in the proper sequence. This is my opinion based on the same year worth of experience with the company. Jeff's silence is opening him up to bashing, but anything released that isn't audited will do the same (just look at the responses to Q2 and Q3). For that reason I support his silence completely no matter how uncomfortable it may be for me as an investor. He hasn't missed a reporting target yet and I don't expect him to start now.
The time is getting close for this to end one way or the other. My bet is placed.
