Most of us think it's ready, I imagine. It's safe, and Glioblastoma is so lethal that there is no obviously better alternative. Often surgery can't be performed, and radiation often causes collateral damage (and usually doesn't help). First line chemo is Temozolomide, which Leron would probably be taken in combo with.
Dosing of course might need to be changed because the BBB filters out some Leron (it "crosses the blood-brain barrier with 70-75% receptor occupancy of the CCR5 receptors in the brain"
