Thanks, biloxi, this is a good summary. Question: Did the FDA BLA review team actually say that Cytodyn's last BLA submission was, in fact, reviewable? I hadn't heard this before, I thought the reason we sued our CRO was because the submitted BLA was incomplete/incorrectly formatted, so it was not reviewable by the FDA.
