Doesn't make sense that the price would go down due to a buy out rumor.
First ,the present PPS is well below the rumored price Chad paid for his stock ,I cant believe he has worked this hard to turn around and take a loss.
Secondly,prices rise on that type of rumor,if not in this case it would be the first time in the history of the stock market that it did not.
I rather think this is wishful thinking on your part so you can get some cheap shares.
Would I buy at that price ,yup,but I would prefer the price were to go up not down.
