I am not certain everyone understands what I was saying about the market makers. If HIMR or someone purchased shares this morning (20.2 million) they likely paid .0002 for them. However, if the market makers held the sale until later to keep the stock price from running away, they in effect killed the run, and this keeps prices from increasing. This trick also keeps many investors from jumping in and driving share prices higher. The MMs made money, because they first had to buy these shares, and likely paid .0001 in advance of the sale.
