Rawnoc: You pointed out something that is a point of confusion to me.

So which is it? Little or no petcoke or enough petcoke to require a third kiln? The two stories do not jive. We do not know how often the system must be brought down.
In either case, P3 should have the residue buildup and shutdown issue resolved.
