maybe someone here should share their profound insight to the two owners of the DE? I'm sure they could learn a thing or two about building, developing a stock exchange. they also might want to attend a few webinars to understand what has transpired and what is being waited on. the main exchange WILL be launching sometime in Aug/Sept of this year. They are waiting to get licensed to IPO companies. yes the mainstreet growth act needs to pass congress for the venture exchange to go live. 2 different exchanges with two different objectives. according to Dwayne and Joe the application for the main exchange is still in the comment period phase. if there are no complaints etc for review revisions there is no reason for the exchange not to live. everyday the exchange is not live is major capital loss for the exchange and companies that will be trading there. it's in their best interest to open ASAP.
