It's all about the Benjamin Franklins with OTC Markets, 70% "8,678" of the 12, 398 that are traded daily are Pink Companies.
Application Fees-OTCID $3,500.00, annual fee $7,500.00
Previously for OTC-Pink $ 1,000.00 application fee and $5,000.00 annual.
OTCQB- application fee is $6,000.00 annual- $16,020.00
Agree basically OTC hasn't changed anything but the $$$ they collect.
Management Certification, is basically in all the quarterly filings.
