No doubt there. I definitely have felt abandoned at times, albeit infrequently. But i also appreciate that the government is nothing more than a glorified snail in terms of its processing ability. I haven't looked in specifics but people had posted information to contact aspects of the company sometime last week though it would hopefully be more transparent than that. I think in irrefutably excellent fact is that, regardless of the belief that the investigation was finished or on going, they posted a Q3 back in december. They posted an attorney letter back in the december. There's no doubt they were still being tracked (at least at that point) so there must be some degree of legitimacy in my mind. They obviously allowed them to post that info and, if insufficient, inaccurate or inappropriate, the stock would have been suspended again (as our friends so frequently let us know had happened last time those items became a concern). So , yes, it's a concern but there are other things that keep my confidence and i hardly think a potential change in scenery and draw back in publicity is the worst thing ever. More unsettling instead.
