Check out figure 4. From ESMO poster. Specially the pre-Leronlimab Pd-L1 levels as compared to the post-Leronlimab pd-L1 levels.
You will see a history of individuals. Some showing very low levels of PD-L1 pre-Leronlimab may have been too far gone to respond to this particular intervention, esp the 350mg ‘black box’ individuals.
