KMA had a business address and operational phone numbers before the SEC suspended the stock.
If KMA was a legitimate business operation the SEC suspension of the stock should have had ZERO impact on the company's operations , business address, and phone numbers.
One could argue that if KMA was a legitimate operation the company would have intensified its business operations and would have become even more visible with vigorous activities at their place of business.....with incontrovertible evidence that the company was and is thriving. A legitimate company would do everything possible to show PROOF, PROOF, PROOF that the SEC was wrong in suspending their stock.
For KMA to close their place of business and cease all phone contact except to ultra-positive KMAG shareholders who keep that information secret demonstrates that KMA was NOT a legitimate business before the SEC suspension and is NOT a legitimate business after the SEC suspension ended.
To argue that KMA now conducts its business via the internet is simply a monstrous excuse for KMA.
