While the first announcement generated questions, it also generated confidence for those holding long - many were pleased to see that take place. Announcement of the final payment would be a big positive.  I'm not really concerned about the question on where the money came from.  That had been somewhat answered by a person close to the company.  I have considered the possibility of the payment being modified based on the amount paid by a certain date, but we don't know that.
