if ALL the PD-L1 Check Point Inhibitors need upregulation of PD-L1 in order to perform better, this is the conclusion i (the least educated one on this board and pathetically novice) have come to also. its finally clicking for me. the PD-L1 upregulation could and should be the reason leronlimab needs to be granted emergency approval NOW...cant imagine how any of the millions of scientists, doctors, and patients that are developing, prescribing, or ingesting a CPI could ignore leronlimab once they have become aware. the safety profile alone should accelerate the process.

i am wondering how the mTNBC patient survival data is really being received. is it being brushed off once again as "anecdotal"? the arrogance in this industry is common knowledge, change is slow, until it cant be denied any longer then it flips 180. earth is 100% in fact flat until it isnt. we have to assume there are multiple NDAs and have been for quite some time. i just cant figure out why they are collectively sitting on their hands. baffling.

when will leronlimab be given to mTNBC patients EARLIER before the train reaches 100 mph? why isnt stopping the 100 mph train front page news? baffling.

where does leronlimab currently stand on being available for emergency use? where is trumps'/kennedys' cry for "right to try" ? (OR WAS THAT JUST HOT AIR?)

EVERYONE on this board knows somebody taking a CPI right now. EVERYONE.

aaaaaarg is right

BTG on ST made an absolutely GREAT thought brainstorm....

Could we seek approval instead on increasing PD-L1 ??

Outstanding thought & makes sense since that's where the revolution begins....boosting PD

& 1K times easier to prove.....
Outstanding thought -- i lost which thread he says this in,,,aaarrgg....
